Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services seeks Requests for Quotation from contractors to assess the trail system for equestrian use within BRNP. We are seeking a contractor to conduct a baseline inventory of any designated areas (trails) found to be appropriate for equestrian use, and that an assessment system be created to include the intensity of use.

The scope of work includes construction of 7.11 miles of beginner and intermediate machine-built bike-optimized trail as part of the Mud Springs Trail System (MSTS). The trails will be purpose-built for mountain bike and Class 1 E-bike riding.
