We are currently in the early stages of planning and would like to request a proposal for the design of a pump track and bike park area(s) that could serve as a vibrant community asset. Specifically, we are seeking a cost estimate for the following scope of work:

Site Assessment: Evaluation of potential locations within Mattoon.

Design Development: Creation of preliminary designs, including layout, materials, and features.

Final Design: Comprehensive design plans, including construction details and cost estimates.

Estimated Development Costs: A projection of what the cost to build what is designed would be for each portion of the project.
