Short Description (25-30 words): The Chenango Greenway Conservancy, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity organized in 2006 to preserve and enhance public access to open spaces and develop a network of multiple use recreation trails in and around the City of Norwich, NY. The CGC received a grant to improve public access to the Stone Quarry trail system. Improvements to parking are planned, as well as a new switchback trail to the overlook, trail maps, trail kiosks, way-finding signs, interpretive signs and trailside benches.
