Short Description (25-30 words): The City of Chisholm, Minnesota is seeking proposals from Trail Builders to provide construction services for Redhead MTB Park which consists of a current system of 27.8 purpose-built MTB single-track trail miles and one trailhead. The City of Chisholm plans to extend or refurbish up to 10 additional miles in 2024-2025. This RFP includes 3.5 miles of new trails and added skills areas/jump lines/etc.
