Project Description: Project Scope: While Phase 2 will be adding a pavillion, tables, restrooms, water and a playground, the focus of this Request for Proposal (RFP) pertains exclusively to the construction of the bike park area. This section will encompass flow trails, session zones, a skills loop, jump lines, and various features designed to facilitate bicycle skill development for riders ranging from beginners to experts. Originally built in 2018, the Oakley Trail Park featured an intermediate/expert mountain bike park, with some trails designated for equestrian and pedestrian use. This, phase 2 expansion, will enhance the range of uses for bicycle enthusiasts by offering primarily beginner to intermediate areas with progression options for expert riders.
