The Sustainable Trails Conference is very excited to announce that we will be heading to Knoxville, TN to offer the absolute must attend conference for anyone involved in trails construction, maintenance, design, development and use. The 2016 Sustainable Trails Conference features the PTBA Sustainable Trails Workshops, a technical track of Concurrent Session exploring all of the aspects of good trail design, construction, planning and maintenance, a local Legacy Trail, and of course the world famous Outdoor Trade Show and Demonstration Area. The Outdoor Demonstration Expo has always been a huge draw to conference attendees, and this year, we will take it to a whole new level. We will have almost 3 acres of 15-20% grades on grass covered ground including rocks and steep terrain in which to dig, push and sculpt the dirt!

Knoxville's Urban Wilderness - Workshop and Legacy Trail location
Partnering with Legacy Parks Foundation, the City of Knoxville and the Appalachian Mountain Bike Club, Sustainable Trails Conference attendees will have the opportunity to see the efforts of their outdoor workshops coming together to create a finished project in the Woods Property of Knoxville's Urban Wilderness found in the heart of the city and in close proximity to the conference site.
