Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (Borough) intends to hire a contractor for design of Bike Park within the Settlers Bay Coastal Park near Wasilla, AK. The Settlers Bay Coastal Park is located at Seward Meridian, T16N, R02W, Section 3 and 10 (Attachment 3). The bike park will be adjacent to the southern limited development area of the conservation easement and largely within a previously disturbed area. Layout of bike trail loops outside of the proposed bike park is underway. The bike trails will have connections to the paring area south of the proposed bike park perimeter. A parking lot is planned adjacent to the southern boundary of the bike park area.
