Project Description: The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services for the design and construction of one (1) intermediate mountain bike directional flow trail on Emerald Mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The trail will be an extension of the popular NPR (No Pedaling Required) trail constructed in 2015, connecting it to the base of the Howelsen Hill Ski Area. The City would prefer all work be completed in 2020, but based on contractor availability, the contractor may propose an alternate timeline in 2021 if necessary. 

A voluntary site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on May 26, 2020 at the subject site, specific conditions will apply for those planning to attend. (See RFP documents for details).
