Trail Expo Exhibitor: $425
The Trail Expo (indoor trade show) is at the heart of the conference. Registration includes a 8’ draped table and 2 chairs, and all conference meals for one representative (there is an additional meal plan available if you are bringing more than one person). We have a non-profit rate of $325.
Dirt Demo: Optional and free opportunity if you register for the Trail Expo
The Dirt Demo provides outdoor space and an interactive venue to share your product! Participation in the Dirt Demo is a free and optional benefit to companies who have a table at the Trail Expo. Bring mechanized equipment that you’d like attendees to see in action, build a bridge on site, and/or set up a 10’X10’ tent.
Equipment Sponsor: In-Kind
PTBA Member Companies who bring equipment to support the Dirt Demo and workshops are valued sponsors because without this support, the mechanized workshops and Dirt Demo could not happen. Level of sponsorship will depend on the number of machines and the longevity of use - and conference registrations, a table at the Trail Expo, and logo recognition will be determined case by case.
Trail Expo + Dirt Demo Details
Trail Expo: Tuesday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 20
The Trail Expo (indoor venue) will be Tuesday, March 19 and Wednesday, March 20 (with setup on Monday, March 18). The Trail Expo will be directly adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, where most gathering and trail education will take place. Food will be served in the hallway next to the the Trail Expo, creating more opportunity for mingling and networking.
Dirt Demo: Wednesday, March 20
The Dirt Demo (outdoor venue) will be on Wednesday, March 20, in the afternoon with setup in the morning. Lanier Islands has a space on-site which creates more opportunity for engagement! The Dirt Demo typically engages vendors who bring mechanized trailbuilding equipment, and vendors can set up their own tents at this site. We are working on identifying new programming for the 2024 Dirt Demo including competetions and learning opportunities. If your non-local company wants to be present and have a tent, but needs support identifying local equipment for the Dirt Demo, please reach out and our conference committee might be able to support this request.
