The Friends of Rothrock and Pennsylvania Parks and Forest Foundation (PPFF) are seeking proposals from professional trail contractors to construct approximately 7.3 miles of natural surface trail in Musser Gap on PA DCNR state forest lands (Rothrock State Forest). Attached are the solicitation materials for the project. Please distribute to PTBA membership and post on the public facing side if the PTBA website if appropriate. PPFF will be launching/hosting a website to house official copies of the solicitation materials and all addenda in the near future.
