Project Description: The City of Boise Parks and Recreation Department is preparing a proposal specification for a RFQ 22-111 Hawkins Loop Trail Completion and is seeking to pre-qualify potential proposers. Only pre-qualified contractors will be allowed to submit a bid on the Hawkins Loop Trail Completion Project. Per Idaho Statute 67-2805 (B) the City will qualify proposers on the following criteria:
• Technical competence including licenses, certifications and previous training.
• Experience with similar projects
• Available non-financial resources
• Equipment & Personnel
• Overall performance history based upon contractor’s entire body of work.
