Project Title: Southwoods Singletrack - Phase 1
Project Description: The extent of work on this project is construction of up to approximately 1.6 miles of new, natural surface singletrack trails at Southwoods Park (350 S. 35th St). Base bid will consist of construction of approximately 0.5-mile singletrack trail loop suitable for beginner/novice users (green loop on singletrack trails plan). Bid add-alternates include construction of a 1-mile singletrack trail loop suitable for intermediate users (blue loop), two crossings of an intermittent stream channel along the proposed blue loop, and a 0.1-mile connector segment (blue connector).
