The City of Brentwood seeks a contractor to construct a mountain bike trail in Smith Park in Brentwood, TN. A qualified trail building company (General Contractor) must be able to provide installation based upon the desired layout and specifications provided. The proposal must include the installation of all sections of the trail as laid out in the site plan. The proposal must also include the breakdown of prices for installation. Installation must be coordinated with the Brentwood Parks Department before any construction can occur.
