Project Description: This project reroutes the Council Mountain Trail on the Council District of the Payette National Forest. The reroute moves the trailhead closer to Cabin Creek Campground to provide access without crossing private land. Work includes mobilizing equipment, excavation, clearing and grubbing, brushing, seeding construction of fords, climbing turns, and drain dips, and all related work.
