Project Description: The Salvation Army Intermountain Division (Owner) owns and operates the High Peak Camp located just south of Estes Park, Colorado. This document describes the trail construction, maintenance and improvement projects that they would like to have completed at the camp. These projects include natural surface trail maintenance and construction, aggregate surface trail maintenance and construction, timber step construction and boardwalk construction. Completion of the work is expected to be completed in three different phases. Phases are expected to be completed in succession with work to be started as soon as possible and completed no later than June 30, 2023.
