Project Description: The Baltimore Metropolitan Council seeks a qualified and experienced consultant, or consultant team, to provide professional services for the preliminary design of two segments of the Patapsco Regional Greenway from the Sykesville Historic District to Freedom Park and from Freedom Park to the Patapsco Valley State Park McKeldin Area in Carroll County, Maryland. The alignment will include connections to existing trails and evaluation of a potential 90-foot trail bridge crossing of the Patapsco River to connect with the Henryton Trail in Howard County.
