The Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB) has released a Request for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit proposals from qualified offerors in order to complete a Comprehensive Recreational Trails Plan. The RFP can be found at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/alaska/fairbanksnorthstarborough.
A pre-bid conference will be hosted on September 28, 2:00 PM AKST.
Proposals are due on October 16, 2020 at 2:00 PM AKST.
