Project Title: Southwoods Park Singletrack Trail Construction - Phase 2
Project Description: Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at
https://wdm.ionwave.net/PublicDetail.aspx?bidID=31&ret=OPEN until 2:00 p.m. on March 6, 2024 for the following described public improvement: Construction of up to approximately 1 mile of new, natural surface singletrack trails at Southwoods Park (350 S. 35th St, West Des Moines, IA 50265). Base bid will consist of construction of approximately 1-mile singletrack trail loop suitable for intermediate users (blue route) and associated trail features. Project also includes three (3) bid alternates for alternative trail features. All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete project no later than November 1, 2024.
