Project Description: The Velomont Trail Collective and Vermont Huts Association is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide trail design and construction services for a new segment of the Velomont Trail (Trail ID 391) adjacent to Sap Side Trail located off of Thayer Brook Rd on private land in Braintree, VT. This section of trail is to be built as a mountain bike-optimized multi-use trail that is approximately 1 mile long depending on final trail alignment. All new trail design and construction must follow International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) sustainable trail building standards.
