Project Description: The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services for the design and construction of one (1) advanced mountain bike downhill directional trail on Emerald Mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The trail will be a new trail for advanced riders connecting the top of Emerald Mountain with the base of the Howelsen Hill Ski Area.
A mandatory site visit will be held on June 13, 2023, at the subject site. All contractors planning to attend the site visit shall notify Steve Newell in advance at: snewell@steamboatsprings.net and meet at the Stables Trailhead at 10am on June 13, 2023.
