Job Title: Trail Crew Members
Job Description: We are looking for two trail finishers, and two machine operators. Machine operators will be breaking new ground and creating awesome and sustainable mtb trails and hiking trails. Finishers, you will be working behind machines and putting the final touches on the trail. Must have a good attitude and focus on putting down a high quality product. Most of our work is in the Midwest. 2021 projects are located in MN,WI, ND, MI.
Machine operator work includes but not limited to
Operating excavators and some skidsteer
Choosing the ailment for the trial
Focusing on water management
Placing features
Stacking and moving dirt
Doing the most possible for the finish crew
Finish work includes but not limited to
Raking
Cutting roots
Chainsaw work (if qualified)
Compacting
Shaping trail features (jumps, berms, etc)
Rock work
