Job Description: The Northern Forest Canoe Trail is seeking a members for a three person "pro crew" for a series of projects in late summer and early fall. The crew will complete a variety of river access and trail development projects along waterways of Vermont. We expect to have about a month of projects to tackle, including several stone steps, a timber framed privy, and a boardwalk.. This is a unique opportunity to work as a small, professional team to complete meaningful trail projects that improve access to our waterways. A base camp will be provided in Waitsfield, Vermont, nestled in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains. Applicants should have prior trail experience, including with constructing stone steps and carpentry. Experience operating heavy equipment (mini-excavators) is a plus. The start date and schedule is flexible and pay will be competitive.
