Job Title: Program Director - Arizona Conservation Corps
Job Description: Arizona Conservation Corps (AZCC), a statewide program within the Conservation Legacy family of programs, is looking for a talented individual to direct the crew-based programming operating out of Flagstaff. AZCC works with land management partners to provide life changing experiences to young adults to join a crew and work on public lands throughout the state. The Program Director will excel at organization, developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, and inspiring, supervising and supporting a small team of staff all with the goal of completing high priority conservation projects.
The Program Director will join a passionate and mission driven staff living and working out of Flagstaff, which is known for its easy access to Arizona’s diverse public lands and abundant recreational opportunities. Sitting at the base of the San Francisco Peaks, Flagstaff is just a little over an hour from the Grand Canyon yet nestled in the midst of the largest contiguous Ponderosa Pine forest stand in the world.
