Job Title: Visitor Education and Developed Recreation Crew Member
Job Description: This position is in partnership with the US Forest Service in the Maroon Bells, CO.
This position will work with a crew of 4 RMYC individual placements and 6-8 crew members with a Forest Service Lead, the Maroon Bells Manager. This position is with our Maroon Bells crew, out of the district office in Aspen. Individuals hired will patrol Wilderness trails to ensure compliance with local regulations; welcome visitors to the Maroon Bells Scenic Area; collect fees and issue a variety of recreation passes at the welcome station; manage campground reservations; provide recreation information to visitors; maintain all facilities at the Maroon Bells Scenic Area, including cleaning restrooms.
