Project Scope
The Nature Conservancy is seeking bids from experienced trail contractors for construction of mountain bike-optimized, shared-use trails on the West Hill Preserve in Naples, NY. The scope of work included in this RFP is for construction of two Project Components totaling 3.5 miles (phase one) of a 13-mile master trail plan created by IMBA Trail Solutions. Trail alignments for the 3.5 miles of trail have been flagged in the field and are described in the West Hill Master Trail Plan. Vendors may submit a bid for construction of one, or both, of the Project Components. Vendors are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding.
