Clear Creek County invites qualified firms, along with their partners, to submit proposals for development of a Trail Master Plan for a multi-use trail system on property recently acquired by Clear Creek County Open Space in the Floyd Hill area adjacent to I-70 West (Appendix A). The goal is to complete a singletrack trail system managed as non-motorized, mixed-use trails serving mountain bikers, hikers and runners. Proposals should include description and cost for a Trail Master Plan as defined within this RFP document.
