Shelden Trails Development and Construction, Michigan

The Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority (HCMA) is accepting proposals in response to its Request for Proposal (RFP) #2020-017 for Shelden Trails Development and Construction (Phase 1). 

The RFP is divided into three (3) separate documents as indicated below.  All three (3) documents are attached to this email for your convenience:

  1. Document 1 of 3:  Overview of Scope with Exhibits and Maps

  2. Document 2 of 3:  Instructions to Proposers

  3. Document 3 of 3:  Special Provisions, Terms and Conditions

Please note a Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference Call is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM Eastern (see page 3 of RFP Doc 1 of 3 - Overview of Scope with Exhibits and Maps for details).

The RFP, related documents and all addenda that may develop are accessible at the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Bid System (aka BidNet) which may be found at www.mitn.info.  Addenda and additional information WILL NOT be emailed out to persons receiving this email so interested parties are encouraged to access MITN for updates.

The MITN Bid System provides online access to solicitations posted by the HCMA and other agencies that use MITN to post their requests for bids, proposals and quotes.

Users must register with MITN to access the web site. MITN offers two Vendor Registration plans:  the Search Only Access plan is free; the Automatic Email Notification plan has an annual fee.  For assistance registering, please call MITN’s Vendor Support at 800-835-4603, Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm. 

Interested parties may also obtain a copy of the RFP at the HCMA Administrative Offices located at 13000 High Ridge Drive, Brighton, Michigan, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm.
