Project Description: Laramie Bicycle Network (BikeNet) is seeking a qualified firm for a design-build contract for an estimated six- to eight-mile-network of singletrack trails on a section of land adjacent to Laramie, WY. This is an area of land with heavy non-motorized (and some illegal motorized) recreational use criscrossed by mostly user-created two-track. BikeNet seeks to provide users with a well-designed trail system that will highlight the available terrain and vistas.
