Project Description: USDA Forest Service, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as stated below:
The intent of this BPA is to provide coverage within 5 categories of activities related to recreational trails within the Southern Region of the Forest Service which includes National Forest System lands in Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. These 5 categories will be further described in detail in the solicitation but are categorized as follows:
Field Locating, Trail Assessment, and Operational Planning
Project Management and Facilitation
Trail Construction
Trail Maintenance
Training
