Project Description: Park City is accepting proposals in response to the RFP for the Park City Dirt Jump Park Redesign and Build until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023. A full copy of the RFP may be obtained electronically by emailing tshaw@parkcity.org. The Park City Dirt Jump Park is located 2392 Holiday Ranch Loop in Park City. The City has the desire to redesign and build a sustainable park that meets applicable industry and safety standards which, once built, requires less maintenance over time with more manageable surfaces, such as an asphalt or hard surfaced pump track, beginner through advanced jump lines, the addition of durable lips, and skills section. This should improve overall rider experience, better help with progression of skills, and make the park flow better, providing for a quality user experience. Mandatory Pre-Submission and Site Visit will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 10:00am at 2392 Holiday Ranch Loop, Park City, UT 84060. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to tshaw@parkcity.org by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted to Tate Shaw, Park City Assistant Recreation Director, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2023, via email to tshaw@parkcity.org. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the proposals when deemed in the best interest of the Park City Municipal Corporation.
