Project Description: The Oregon Timber Trail Alliance (OTTA), a 501(c)(3) organization, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional trail builders with experience building multi-use trails on federal lands.
The purpose of this RFQ is twofold:
1) Find a suitable contractor to execute a portion of the Watson Fire Rehab project in Lake County Oregon, funded by a Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant. Note: this is the only project under consideration in the near term.
2) Identify a list of qualified professional trail builders to be considered for future OTTA trail construction projects.
