Project Description:
The National Forest Foundation (NFF), in partnership with the White River National Forest (WRNF), would like to bring to your attention a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Grizzly Creek, Jess Weaver, and Cutover Trail Repair and Restoration project. The scope of this project includes trail tread repair, reconstruction, and stabilization as well as an optional trail bridge replacement following extensive damage from debris flows originating from the Grizzly Creek Fire burn scar.

There will be an opportunity for contractors to join a pre-bid site visit to ask questions and discuss the project with NFF and WRNF staff. Please RSVP to Jamie Werner (jwerner@nationalforests.org) to ensure receipt of communication regarding the site visit. This site visit will take place over two days: Day 1 is scheduled for Thursday, June 15th (Zones 1 and 2: Grizzly Creek side) and Day 2 is scheduled for Thursday, June 22nd (Zone 3: Jess Weaver/Cutover side). Timing and location details to be provided in advance of these dates to those who RSVP. Please plan for these visits to take most of the day.
