Project Description: The City of Elkins seeks an experienced natural service trail planning and design team to master plan bike optimized trail systems on three properties (236 acres total) and design and flag up to 10 miles of bike optimized trails as a shovel-ready demonstration project. We anticipate work to commence in February 2023 and to be completed by early May 2023. Open to non-PTBA members.
