Project Description: This request for proposal (RFP) is from the Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA). COTA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop, protect, and enhance the Central Oregon mountain bike experience through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education.
This RFP is to conduct trail maintenance of a 1.3-mile portion of Tiddlywinks, a mountain bike trail near Bend, OR, with jumps and berms that is popular with locals, tourists, youth programs, and riders of adaptive bikes. The trail has severely deteriorated to the point that significant work is needed to bring it back to a consistent riding condition.
