Project Description: Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) Redmond Chapter, in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Prineville District, is seeking bid proposals from qualified Design- Build Trail Contractors (Contractor) to provide professional services to complete construction of 1.2 miles of a non-motorized mountain bike trail west of Redmond, Oregon. Trail must be hand built in rocky terrain and wildlife concerns may affect scheduling.
