Project Description: COMOTA is soliciting quotes from qualified trail design professionals for the design, production of construction documents, and construction supervision for the construction of a premier NICA racecourse/adaptive mountain biking trail on a land owned and maintained by Columbia Parks and Recreation. This project is fully funded and COMOTA will donate the plans to the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation which will bid and fund the construction of the project. The selected designer will not be able to bid on construction of the project.
