Project Description: Leon County is seeking professional services from a trail design firm to permit (through City Growth Management), create and construct approximately 3 miles of shared use, single track trail for J. R. Alford Greenway in areas that are identified as: the eastern boundary generally paralleling the CSX railroad to create a full perimeter trail (Phase 1) and Areas 1 and 3 (Phase 2) in the recently completed J. R. Alford Greenway Trail Assessment Final Report (supplementary documentation). In addition, the County is seeking the implementation/installation of the corresponding signage plan as identified in the Final Report.
